All Members, and anyone 55+ who would like to join us, are invited to attend our 2024 Registration Day Open House. You will be able to:

We want all Members to know that we are working hard to get to know and resolve glitches with our new Wild Apricot system. We're learning and adjusting, just like you. More importantly we want you to know that there will be a tech area where a couple of Board Members will be happy to assist any member with the new Website log-in process and other issues. We can also help with the "Wild Apricot for Members" phone/tablet app. It can be downloaded from App stores. The App can access and manage events and your profile, however, it cannot access all the information available on the web site.  Bring your devices along or choose to sit at one of the computers we will have set up at our Registration Area for member logins.

Please know we certainly will still be accepting paper Membership and Tour Applications and cheques. We are, however, encouraging our members, if you are comfortable, to renew your Membership, register for Ski Tours and a few activities through our new website.

You'll note we're using the term Open House combined with our Registration Day this year.  Your Board has discussed using this October Day as a beginning of season Meet-up Day for all members and prospective members, so the thought and hope is that eventually our Registration Day will transition to an Open House Day. We're asking you to spread the word and more importantly please pass on your suggestions to any Board Member regarding a transition to "October Open House Day".
